Pay Scale

ALIMCO offers Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) based pay scales:

• E-7: 1,00,000 – 2,60,000

• E-6: 90,000 – 2,40,000

• E-5: 80,000 – 2,20,000

• E-4: 70,000 – 2,00,000

• E-3: 60,000 – 1,80,000

• E-2: 50,000 – 1,60,000

• E-1: 40,000 – 1,40,000

• E-0: 30,000 – 1,20,000

• Group-D: 18,790 – 64,130

In addition to basic pay, employees are entitled to DA, HRA, perks, PF, pension, medical benefits, PRP/PLAI, gratuity, and leave benefits.

Eligibility Highlights

• Educational Qualifications: Engineering, MBA, CA/CMA, CS, MCA, MSW, Commerce, Prosthetics & Orthotics, Audiology, etc. (as per post)

• Experience: Ranges from 0 to 18 years, depending on level

• Age Limit: Up to 55 years (post-wise)

• GATE 2025 Score: Required for selected E-0 technical posts

• PwBD Reservation: Applicable as per Government of India norms

Selection Process

• Interview only (for senior and specialist posts)

• Online Test + Interview (if applications exceed prescribed ratio)

• Online Test only (for certain E-0 and non-executive posts)

• GATE 2025 Score (for specified engineering officer posts)

• 500 – Executive Posts (E-0 to E-7)

• 250 – Non-Executive (Group-D)

• No fee for SC / ST / PwBD / Departmental candidates
