BEML Limited Recruitment 2025: Apply for Junior Executives on Fixed Term Basis

BEML Limited, a leading multi-technology PSU under the Ministry of Defence, has announced walk-in recruitment for Junior Executives on a fixed-term contract of 4 years. The engagement is renewable annually based on performance.

Available Positions (at Bangalore Complex):

• Junior Executive – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (R001) – 45 posts

• Junior Executive – Electrical Engineering (R002) – 35 posts

• Junior Executive – Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation Engineering (R003) – 20 posts

Essential Qualification:
BE/B.Tech (minimum 60% marks; 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwD) in relevant engineering disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in related functional areas such as Manufacturing, Production Control, R&D, Planning, Procurement, Quality, or Maintenance.

Upper Age Limit (as on 12.11.2025):
29 years (R001, R003) and 29 years (R002); relaxations as per Govt. of India norms.

Consolidated Pay:

• 1st Year – ?35,000

• 2nd Year – ?37,500

• 3rd Year – ?40,000

• 4th Year – ?43,000

Selection Process:

1. Written Test (1 hour, 50 MCQs, no negative marks)

3. Personal Interview
