???? Stipend, Pay Scale & Benefits

For Management Trainees:

  • Stipend during Training: 75% of Basic Pay + DA (in the scale of Rs. 16,400-40,500). The remaining 25% is paid after successful training.

  • On Absorption: Designated as Engineer (E-1) with a full pay scale, allowances, PF, Gratuity, and medical benefits for self and dependents.

For Non-Executive Trainees:

  • Stipend during Training: 75% of Basic Pay + DA (Scales: Rs. 9,950-22,350 / Rs. 9,450-19,450).

  • On Absorption: Confirmed in respective grades with full pay, allowances, and benefits like PF, Gratuity, and medical facilities.

For Management Trainees:

  3. Final Merit: 85% weightage for CBT and 15% for Interview.

For Non-Executive Posts:

  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): 100 questions (General English, GK, Reasoning, and Subject Knowledge).

  2. Skill Test (For Gr-III Posts): Candidates shortlisted from CBT must clear a qualifying skill/proficiency test.

  3. Final Merit: Based on CBT marks only.
