1. Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts) – E-4

Total Posts: 01
Pay Scale: 70,000 – 2,00,000 (IDA)
Maximum Age: 40 years

Essential Qualification:

• Graduate + CA (ICAI) / CMA (ICMAI)

• Valid membership required

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience

• Currently working in IDA 70,000–2,00,000 / Level-11 (7th CPC)
  OR

• 2 years in immediate lower IDA 60,000–1,80,000 / Level-10

2. Manager (Finance & Accounts) – E-3

Total Posts: 02
Pay Scale: 60,000 – 1,80,000 (IDA)
Maximum Age: 37 years

Qualification:

• Graduate + CA / CMA (with valid membership)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience

• Working in IDA ?60,000–1,80,000 / Level-10
  OR

• 2 years in immediate lower IDA ?50,000–1,60,000 / Level-9

3. Manager (Finance & Accounts) – Compliance – E-3

Pay Scale: 60,000 – 1,80,000 (IDA)
Maximum Age: 37 years

Qualification:

• Graduate + CS (ICSI) with valid membership

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience

• Similar pay-scale eligibility as above

Junior Officer (Finance & Accounts) – S-2

Total Posts: 01
Pay Scale: 44,000 – 1,53,000 (IDA)
Maximum Age: 37 years

Qualification:

• Graduate + CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience

• Working in IDA 44,000–1,53,000 / Level-7
  OR

• 2 years in immediate lower IDA 40,000–1,36,000 / Level-6
