CSIR–Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology (IHBT), Palampur, has announced multiple project-based vacancies under various research projects. The recruitment will be conducted through walk-in interviews on scheduled dates in November 2025.

Total Positions: Multiple
Roles include: Project Associate (PAT-I/II), Senior-PAT, Project Assistant-II
Fields: Biotechnology, Microbiology, Botany, Zoology, Food Science, Horticulture, Agriculture, Life Sciences & related disciplines
Stipend: ?20,000 to ?42,000 + HRA (as per post & qualifications)
Age Limit: 35–40 years (with relaxation as per Govt. norms)
Job Type: Temporary, project-based (co-terminus with project duration)

Key Highlights:

• Candidates must appear in-person; online interviews not allowed
• Selection may include direct interview or test + interview
• Bring filled application form + original & self-attested documents
• No TA/DA for attending interview
• Result-awaited candidates not eligible

Walk-in dates range from 06 November 2025 to 11 November 2025 at CSIR-IHBT Campus, Palampur, Himachal Pradesh
