Essential & Desirable Qualifications

Essential Qualification

• Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent.

Desirable

• 12th pass AND

• Experience in relevant work areas (office maintenance / hospitality / horticulture / housekeeping / transport).

Job Responsibilities 

MTS – Office Maintenance

• Physical maintenance of office records

• General cleaning and upkeep

• Carrying files/documents to various sections

• Photocopying, scanning, fax work

• Delivering dak

• Opening/closing the section

• Any work assigned by the competent authority

MTS – Hospitality Services

• Maintaining guest house records

• Cleanliness and upkeep of rooms

• Handling guest queries/complaints

• Preparation & supply of tea/coffee

• Collection & remittance of charges

• Shift duty if required

MTS – Horticulture / Housekeeping

• Garden and green area upkeep

• Planting and nurturing plants

• Mowing lawns, trimming, weeding

• Watering, fertilizing & pest control

• Stock & work-area record maintenance

MTS – Transport

• Maintenance and upkeep of vehicles

• Scheduling service/repairs

• Managing logs, records, and duty allocation

• FastTag/insurance renewal processing

• Driving duties if required (for eligible candidates)
