Essential Qualifications & Eligibility

• Qualifications, pay scales, and service conditions are as per UGC Regulations 2018, AICTE 2019, PCI, and U.P. State Government rules.

• Candidates with foreign Ph.D. degrees must submit an Equivalence Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi (exemption for MHRD Foreign Scholarship Programme nominees).

• Experience and qualifications will be considered as of the last date of application submission.

Application Process

3. Send the printed application along with self-attested copies of certificates via registered/speed post to:

5. In-service candidates must submit a No Objection Certificate from their current employer.

Selection Process

For Assistant Professor:

• Phase I: Basic Academic Score + API Score (100) + Written Test (40)

• Phase II: Teaching Skills Assessment (20) + Interview (10)

• Final selection based on cumulative performance.

For Associate Professor & Professor:

• Phase I: Basic Academic Score + API Score (80 each)

• Phase II: Interview (20 each)

• Minimum 50% score required for shortlisting.

API Score Calculation:

• Detailed tables provided for Assistant Professor (30% weightage) and Associate Professor/Professor (50% weightage).

• Includes points for academic records, publications, research projects, patents, awards, MOOCs, e-content development, and more.

Documents Required

• Educational certificates (10th onwards)

• Experience certificates

• Caste/EWS/PwD certificates (if applicable)

• No Objection Certificate (if employed)

• Published research papers, project proofs, awards, etc., for API scoring

Reservation & Age

• Reservation as per U.P. Government norms.

• PwD reservation applicable as per state government order.

• Age of superannuation as per U.P. State Government rules.
