Pay Scale (IDA Pattern – Executives)

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Full-time degree from a recognized university/institute

• Relevant post-qualification experience mandatory (varies by post)

• Engineering posts require B.E./B.Tech

• Finance posts require CA / CMA

• HR / Legal / Rajbhasha posts require specialised degrees

Higher experience thresholds apply for senior positions.

Age Limit (Upper Age)

• Assistant Manager: up to 28 years

• Deputy Manager: up to 32 years

• Manager: up to 42 years

• Senior Manager / AGM / GM: up to 52 years

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years

• OBC-NCL: 3 years

• PwBD: 10 years

• Ex-Servicemen: As per GoI rules

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on qualification & experience
