Job Profile

Responsibilities include preparation and vetting of course material, MCQs, supporting CPD programmes, conducting training sessions, seminars, research contributions, publication work, promotion of IIBF courses, and academic/administrative support. Duties may be expanded as per institutional needs.

Educational Qualification

Essential:

• Postgraduate degree in Commerce / Economics / Banking / Finance
  OR

• CA / CMA / CS

Desirable:

• MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM in Banking & Finance (2-year programme)

• Ph.D. (Banking / Finance related)

• CAIIB

Experience

Essential:
Either of the following:

• Minimum 5 years in Banks/Financial Institutions as Assistant Manager or above

• Minimum 5 years as Assistant Professor or above in banking & finance subjects

• Basic Pay Scale: Rs. 85,100 – 1,56,500

• Approx. Rs. 19 lakhs per annum (CTC)

Bond

• Two-year mandatory service; breach requires payment of Rs. 2,00,000

Job Profile

Handling training sessions, creating training content, organising conferences, coordination with banks/FIs, vetting MCQs and courseware, publication support, academic duties, and assisting Director (Training). Work may expand as per institute needs.
