Summary of Vacancies

1. Stenographer Grade-II (Direct Recruitment)

• Advertisement No.: IIFM/PERS/PSC-76/2025

• No. of Posts: 01 (OBC)

• Pay Level: Level-4 (7th CPC)

• Age Limit: 18 to 27 years (relaxation as per GoI rules)

Essential Qualification & Experience:

• 12th pass from a recognised board/university

• Skill Test:

  • Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 w.p.m.

  • Transcription: 50 minutes (English) / 65 minutes (Hindi) on computer

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Govt./reputed private organisation

2. Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – Project Based (Walk-in / Contractual)

• Project Title: Long Term Ecological Observatory (LTEO)

• No. of Posts: 02

• Engagement Period: 6 months or till project completion (whichever is earlier)

• Emoluments: Rs. 37,000 per month + HRA

Essential Qualification:

• Postgraduate degree (First Class or equivalent GPA) in:
  Botany / Forestry / Ecology / Environmental Science / Environmental Management / Biodiversity Conservation / Life Sciences
  OR PG Diploma in Forestry Management

• NET or equivalent examination / professional degree at PG level

Desirable:

• Experience in primary data analysis

• Field surveys in rural/forest areas

• Ability to work in challenging field conditions

• Date: 31 December 2025

• Time: 11:00 AM (Reporting: 10:00 AM for physical interview)

• Mode: Physical (Virtual interview may be permitted on request)

1. Assistant Manager (Horticulture) – 01 Post | Level-8

2. Senior Library & Information Assistant – 02 Posts | Level-6

3. Assistant Grade-I – 06 Posts | Level-6

Eligibility (Indicative):

• Officers from Central/State Govt., UTs or Autonomous bodies

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis
  OR prescribed years of regular service in the feeder grade, as specified in the notification
