Educational Qualifications & Experience (Post-wise Summary)

• Deputy Registrar: Master’s degree (55%) + 5 years as Assistant Registrar (Pay Level 10) in Govt./University/Research institutions.

• Private Secretary: Master’s degree (50%), shorthand/computer proficiency, 5 years’ experience in Govt. organizations.

• Junior Assistant: Bachelor’s degree (50%) + 3 years’ experience in office/hospitality services.

• Senior Superintendent (Deputation): Master’s degree + 5 years in Pay Level 6 or above in administrative/finance/legal roles.

• Senior Technical Officer (IT): B.E./B.Tech + 5 years’ ICT experience at Pay Level 10.

• Technical Officer (Lab): M.Sc./BS-MS + 5 years’ lab/research experience.

• Junior Technical Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Geology + 5 years’ relevant lab experience.

• Assistant Engineer (Civil): Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with CPWD-based experience.

• Junior Engineer (Electrical): Degree/Diploma in Electrical/HVAC with field experience.

• Medical Officer: MBBS + 5 years’ post-qualification experience (MD desirable).

• Nurse: M.Sc. Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing + 5 years’ clinical experience.

• Junior Library Superintendent: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Library Science + 5 years’ experience (Digital Library desirable).

• Physical Education Instructor: Master’s in Physical Education + NIS diploma + sports achievements.

• Junior Translator: Master’s degree with Hindi/English combination + 5 years’ translation/office experience.

Method of Selection

• Group A Posts: Shortlisting + Written / Skill / Trade Test (as decided by Institute)

• Group B (Non-Gazetted) & Group C Posts: Selection without interview, as per DoPT norms

• IISER Berhampur reserves the right to fix higher shortlisting criteria
