IIT Bhilai Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for Junior Engineer, Technical Assistant & Other Posts till 27th March 2026

Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive salary as per the 7th Central Pay Commission:

Level 6: 35,400 – 1,12,400

Level 3: 21,700 – 69,100
Along with basic pay, employees will be entitled to allowances and benefits as per institute rules.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the educational qualifications and experience requirements prescribed for each post in the official notification.
Generally:

Engineering posts: Degree/Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline

Technical Assistant posts: Degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant discipline

Administrative posts: Relevant degree and experience in administration, counseling, sports management, or fire services (depending on the position)
