IRCON Recruitment 2025: Managers, Engineers & Site Supervisors | Walk-in Jobs under Ministry of Railways

IRCON International Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has invited applications for Managers, Senior Works Engineers, and Site Supervisors for various projects.
The recruitment is being conducted on contract basis through walk-in interviews for Karnataka-based projects, including the prestigious KAVACH Railway Safety Project.

Post-wise Vacancy Details (Combined)

1. Manager / Deputy Manager Posts

• Recruitment Type: Contract basis

• Pay Scale: As notified (fixed consolidated / IDA based as applicable)

• Eligibility:

  • Engineering degree in relevant discipline

  • Relevant post-qualification experience in infrastructure / railway projects

• Upper Age Limit: As per post (generally up to 37 years)

• Selection: Walk-in Interview / Screening

2. Senior Works Engineer (S&T)

• Post: Senior Works Engineer / S&T

• Vacancies: 02

  • UR – 01

  • OBC – 01

• Fixed Pay: Rs. 40,000 per month

• Qualification:

  • Full-time Engineering Degree (minimum 60% marks) in:

    • Electronics

    • Electrical & Electronics

    • Electronics & Communication

    • Electronics & Instrumentation

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in Electronic Interlocking / Relay Interlocking /
    Automatic Signalling / Telecom / KAVACH

• Age Limit: 35 years

• Interview Date: 06 January 2026

• Location: Bengaluru (Karnataka Project)

3. Site Supervisor (S&T)

• Post: Site Supervisor / S&T

• Vacancies: 02 (UR)

• Fixed Pay: Rs. 25,000 per month

• Qualification:

  • Full-time Diploma (minimum 60% marks) in:

    • Electronics

    • Electrical & Electronics

    • Electronics & Communication

    • Electronics & Instrumentation

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in Railway Signalling / OFC / Communication Systems

• Age Limit: 30 years

• Interview Date: 07 January 2026

• Location: Bengaluru (Karnataka Project)

Additional Benefits (Contract Posts)

• Annual increment of 5% on fixed pay after each completed year
