Age Limit

• Below 28 years as on 31-10-2025

• Age relaxations:

  • SC/ST: 5 years

  • OBC: 3 years

  • PwBD: 10 years (up to max 56 years)

  • Ex-servicemen: 5 years

Educational Qualifications

General Cadre

• Systems: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/IT/CS OR MCA with 60% marks; additional certifications like CCNA, Java, DevOps, Azure, etc., preferred.

• Operations: Degree/PG in Humanities/Science/Commerce/Engineering/Law/IT/Business Administration with 60%; PG Diploma in Marketing, International Trade, Logistics, etc., preferred.

• P&A: Degree/PG in the above fields with 60%; HR/IR/Personnel Management specialisation preferred.

• Law: Degree/PG Degree in Law with 60%; PG in Law preferred.

Finance Cadre

• Associate Member of CA/CMA, OR MBA (Finance) from a recognised institution.

Pay Scale

• E-1 Grade: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000 (CTC approx. Rs. 14.50 lakh per annum)

• Additional DA, HRA, perquisites and cafeteria-based benefits as per PSU norms.

Training & Bond

• 1-year On-the-Job Training as Management Trainee.

• On successful completion, placement as Assistant Manager (E-1).

• A service bond of Rs. 1,00,000 for 5 years is mandatory.

Selection Process

• Computer-Based Test (CBT)

  • 120 questions | 120 marks | 120 minutes

  • Part A: English, Quant, Reasoning, GK

  • Part B: Professional Knowledge (discipline-wise)

  • Negative marking: ¼ per wrong answer

  • Qualifying marks: 40 percentile (General), 35 percentile (SC/ST/PwBD)

• Group Discussion (1:10 ratio)

• Interview (1:5 ratio)

• Final selection based on consolidated merit of CBT + GD + Interview.

• ?500 + GST for General/OBC/EWS candidates

• No fee for SC/ST/PwBD categories
