NABARD Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’) Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 91 Posts
The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) under the Ministry of Finance, has invited applications from Indian citizens for the post of Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS), Legal, and Protocol & Security Service categories.

Online applications and fee payment can be done from 8 November 2025 to 30 November 2025 at the official website as per the NABARD Grade A Notification 2025.

Eligibility Highlights (as on 01.11.2025)

Age (RDBS/Legal): 21 to 30 years (Born between 02.11.1995 and 01.11.2004)
Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, 10–15 years for PWBD as applicable. -
Age (Protocol & Security): 25 to 40 years (No relaxation).

Educational Qualification:
-
RDBS (General): Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) OR Postgraduate/Professional qualifications like MBA, CA, CS, CMA, or Ph.D.

Specialized Streams: Disciplines include Finance, IT, Agriculture Engineering, Horticulture, Fisheries, Food Processing, Civil/Electrical Engineering, Economics, and others.

Legal: Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 60% marks OR LLM with 55%.

Protocol & Security: Commissioned Officer with minimum 10 years’ service (5 years for PWBD) in Army/Navy/Air Force.

Phase I: Preliminary Online Exam – 20 Dec 2025

Phase II: Mains Online Exam – 25 Jan 2026

Phase III: Psychometric Test (date to be announced)

Interview: 50 marks
For Protocol & Security

Online Exam (Reasoning, English, General Awareness, Professional Knowledge)

Emoluments & Benefits

Starting Basic Pay: 44,500 per month (in scale 44,500–89,150).

Approx. Monthly Gross Salary: 1,00,000/-.
