Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Narnaul has invited applications for 18 Clerk and 13 Stenographer (Grade-III/Grade-II) posts on an adhoc basis. The engagement will be for six months or until regular appointments are made, whichever is earlier. The number of posts may increase or decrease as per requirement.

• Clerk: 18 Posts

• Stenographer (Grade-III / Grade-II): 13 Posts

• Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25,500/- (minimum of the applicable pay scale)

• Mode of Appointment: Adhoc

Eligibility Criteria

Clerk

• Qualification:

  • Graduate (BA/BSc or equivalent)

  • Matriculation with Hindi as a subject

• Selection:

  • Written Test:

    • English Composition (50 marks)

    • General Knowledge (50 marks)

  • Minimum 40% aggregate required

  • Computer Proficiency Test (Word & Spreadsheet) — qualifying only

Stenographer (Grade-III / Grade-II)

• Qualification: Graduate (BA/BSc or equivalent)

• Skills Required:

  • English Shorthand: 80 WPM

  • Transcription on Computer: 20 WPM

• Additional: Computer Proficiency Test (qualifying only)

• Shorthand & Transcription Test:

  • Date: 25 December 2025

  • Time: 01:00 PM

  • Venue: Yaduvanshi College, Patikara, Rewari Road, Narnaul

  • No separate call letters will be issued; candidates must bring original documents.

Age Limit

• 18 to 42 years as on 01 January 2025

• Age relaxation as per Haryana Government norms.
