NCRTC Recruitment 2025: Managerial, Planning & Transport Planner Vacancies Announced

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), a joint venture of the Government of India and NCR states under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has released multiple vacancy notices (Nos. 59/2025 to 62/2025) for experienced professionals across coordination, electrical engineering, planning and transport planning domains. These recruitments are for the prestigious Namo Bharat (RRTS) Project being implemented in the National Capital Region.

Post-wise Key Eligibility & Pay Details

1. Assistant Manager (Co-ordination)

• Qualification: Engineering Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 20 years in Govt./PSUs/Instrumentalities

• Remuneration: Rs. 68,189 per month (lump sum)

• Tenure: 1 year (extendable)

2. Dy. General Manager (Electrical)

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical)

• Experience: 8–10 years (Govt./PSU or Private sector)

• Pay Scale: IDA Rs. 70,000–2,00,000 (E4)

• Focus Areas: Energy management, renewable power, electrical regulations

3. Dy. General Manager (Planning)

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil); PG in Planning/Construction desirable

• Experience: 8–10 years

• Pay Scale: IDA Rs. 70,000–2,00,000 (E4)

• Role: Project scheduling, Primavera/MSP, risk & milestone tracking

4. Assistant Manager (Planning)

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil)

• Experience: Minimum 5 years

• Pay Scale: IDA Rs. 50,000–1,60,000 (E2)

• Selection: CBT + Interview

5. Executive (Transport Planner)

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Plan; PG in Transport Planning preferred

• Experience: Minimum 3 years

• Pay Scale: IDA Rs. 30,000–1,20,000 (E0)

• Role: Mobility planning, DPRs, rail-based transit systems

Selection Process

• Senior posts: Interview

• Planning & Executive posts: Written Test/CBT (80%) + Interview (20%)

• Minimum qualifying marks:

  • UR/OBC-NCL/EWS: 60%

  • SC/ST/PwBD (where applicable): 50%
