NEEPCO Recruitment 2025 for Executive Trainee Posts through GATE 2025
North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO) — a Schedule-A “Mini Ratna” Central Public Sector Enterprise and a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Limited under the Ministry of Power, Government of India — has invited online applications from young, energetic engineering graduates for recruitment as Executive Trainees in multiple disciplines through GATE 2025 scores.

Essential Qualification
Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology / AMIE in the relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
In addition, candidates must have appeared and qualified in GATE 2025 in the relevant paper:

Electrical/Mechanical: GATE 2025 – Electrical (EE) or Mechanical (ME)

Civil: GATE 2025 – Civil (CE)

IT: GATE 2025 – Computer Science and Information Technology (CS)
Compensation and Training
-
Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000–3%–Rs. 1,60,000 (E-2 Grade)

Starting Monthly Emoluments: Approx. Rs. 1,00,000/-

Includes DA, HRA, Cafeteria Allowance (35%), Provident Fund, Superannuation Benefits, and other perks as per company rules.

Selected candidates will undergo one-year training, after which they will be placed in E-3 Grade.

Posting can be anywhere in India at NEEPCO’s power stations, projects, or offices.
Selection Process

No interview or GD.

Selection will be purely based on GATE 2025 score in the corresponding discipline.

In case of tie in GATE marks, candidate older in age will be placed higher in merit.
Service Agreement Bond
-
General/EWS/OBC (NCL): Rs. 2,50,000
-
SC/ST: Rs. 1,25,000
-
Bond period: 5 years (including training period).
