Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  Graduation in Civil Engineering or equivalent from IITs, NITs, or other institutions ranked within the Top 100 (Engineering category) of NIRF Rankings for the year of graduation or preceding year.

• Age Limit:
  Maximum 30 years

• Experience:
  0–2 years post-qualification
  (Fresh graduates and final-year students likely to complete graduation before joining are eligible)

• Domicile Requirement:
  Candidates must be domicile holders of the State/UT for which they are applying.

Remuneration

• Monthly Consultancy Fee: Rs. 70,000 – Rs. 80,000

• Annual increment of 5% applicable

• Remuneration is inclusive of all taxes; no additional allowances will be paid.

Nature of Work

Selected Associates will support NHIDCL in:

• Project preparation and DPR review

• Construction supervision and project monitoring

• Land acquisition and statutory clearances

• Contract management and documentation

• Quality assurance and technical compliance

• Post-construction and O&M support

Selection & Engagement Terms

• Engagement is purely contractual and does not confer employee status.

• Continuation beyond each year will be subject to review by the Consultants’ Review Committee (CRC).

• A mandatory 3-day induction programme will be conducted.
