National Health Mission (NHM), UT Ladakh, has announced multiple contractual appointments for various state-level positions. These roles are critical for strengthening healthcare delivery, including the specialized Tele MANAS (Tele Mental Health Assistance and Networking across States) program.

The recruitment drive aims to fill 14 key positions on a contractual basis.

• Tele MANAS Positions:

  • Senior Consultant: 1 Post | 1,50,000/month

  • Consultant: 1 Post | 1,00,000/month

  • Clinical Psychologist / Psychiatric Social Worker / Psychiatric Nurse: 2 Posts | 50,000/month

  • Counsellor: 2 Posts | 35,000/month

  • Attender: 1 Post | 20,000/month

• State Level & Technical Positions:

  • State Surveillance Officer: 1 Post | 1,50,000/month

  • State Immunization Officer: 1 Post | 1,50,000/month

  • State Consultant (NHM): 1 Post | 1,00,000/month

  • State Epidemiologist: 1 Post | 75,000/month

  • Bio-Medical Engineer: 2 Posts (Leh & Kargil) | 50,000/month

  • Pharmacist (State Drug Warehouse): 1 Post | 15,000/month + Incentives

Eligibility & Important Requirements

• Local Candidate Preference: Only candidates possessing a Ladakh Residence Certificate (LRC) or Domicile certificate are eligible.

• Age Limit: Generally up to 45 years, with an exception for the State Surveillance Officer (up to 65 years).

• Contract Period: Initial term up to March 31, 2026, renewable based on performance and scheme continuation.

• Selection Process: Candidates will be evaluated based on academic qualifications (60–70 points), relevant work experience (10–20 points), and a Viva Voce/Interview (20–30 points).

2. Submit Physically: Completed applications with self-attested documents must be submitted to the Office of the Mission Director, NHM, UT Ladakh, K-2 Continental Building, Skara, Leh.

3. Required Documents: Include 10th marks card (for DOB), degree/PG certificates, registration certificate (for medical roles), LRC/Domicile, and Aadhar card.

4. Deadline: The last date for submission is February 18, 2026 (Wednesday) by 4:30 PM.
