Eligibility Criteria

A. Designer / Faculty (Level 10)

• Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Design from a recognized University/reputed Institution.

• Experience: Minimum of 05 years in the relevant field of Design.

• Probation Period: Two years

B. Associate Senior Faculty / Designer (Assistant Professor) (Level 11)

• Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Design from a recognized University/reputed Institution.

• Desirable: Doctorate in Design.

• Experience: Minimum of 07 years in the relevant field of Design.

• Probation Period: Two years

Eligibility Criteria (Summary)

1. Senior Accounts Officer

• Qualification: Master's degree in Commerce/Financial Management or CA/Equivalent.

• Experience: Min. 5 years relevant experience in Govt./Educational Institution.

• Age (Contract): Max 40 years.

2. Administrative Officer

• Qualification: Graduate Degree in any discipline with working knowledge of computers.

• Experience: Min. 5 years relevant experience in Govt./Educational Institution.

• PwD Category: Reserved for LV, D, HH.

• Age (Contract): Max 40 years.

3. Senior Assistant Librarian

• Qualification: Degree in Library Science/Information Science.

• Experience: 5 years as Assistant Librarian in Grade Pay ?4,200/- or equivalent.

• PwD Category: Reserved for LV, D, HH.

• Age (Contract): Max 35 years.

4. Assistant Administrative Officer

• Qualification: Graduate Degree with working knowledge of computers.

• Experience: Desirable experience in Administration, Academic, and Purchase matters.

5. Senior Superintendent (Accounts)

• Qualification: Degree in Commerce with working knowledge of computers.

• Experience: Desirable experience in Finance and Accounts matters.

Key Application Guidelines

Application Fee

• UR/EWS/OBC: 1,000/- (for Group A posts) / 500/- (for Group B posts)

• SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/Women: Exempted from fee payment.

• Mode of Payment: Demand Draft drawn in favor of "National Institute of Design Madhya Pradesh", payable at Bhopal.

Age Relaxation (as per Govt. of India norms)

• OBC (NCL): 3 years

Selection Process

• For Faculty: May include Group Discussion, Presentation, Teaching Demonstration, and Interview. No TA/DA will be paid.

  • Minimum qualifying marks in written exam: UR-30%, OBC-25%, PwD-20%.

  • Skill Test/Interview is qualifying in nature (minimum 45% marks).
