Salary Details
- Executive: 70,000 per month
- Senior Executive: 80,000 per month
- Analyst: 1,00,000 per month
- Senior Analyst: 1,50,000 per month
Annual increment based on performance
Fixed monthly remuneration
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Executive: Graduation with minimum 60% marks
- Senior Executive: Graduation/Postgraduate in relevant discipline
- Analyst/Senior Analyst: CA / MBA / PGDM / M.Com / CFA / FRM
- IT Roles: B.Tech / MCA / IT-related degrees
- Legal: Law degree from a recognized university
Experience Requirement
- Executive: Minimum 3 years
- Senior Executive: 3–5 years
- Analyst/Senior Analyst: Relevant experience in financial/pension sector preferred
Age Limit (as on 28 Feb 2026)
- Executive/Analyst: 23–35 years
- Senior Executive/Senior Analyst: 25–40 years
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role, responsibilities include:
- Processing pension withdrawals and claims
- Handling subscriber grievances and queries
- Managing social media and communication activities
- IT systems, network operations, and technical support
- HR, administration, and legal functions
- Financial analysis, compliance, audit, and pension fund monitoring
Job Location
- Initial posting in New Delhi
- May be transferred anywhere in India based on requirements
Contract Details
- Initial contract period: 3 years
- Extendable up to 2 additional years (1 year at a time)
- Performance-based continuation
- 2-month notice period applicable
