Punjab and Sind Bank Recruitment 2025: Online apply for MSME Relationship Managers

Punjab & Sind Bank, a Government of India undertaking, has invited online applications for the engagement of MSME Relationship Managers on a contractual basis.

Total Vacancies: 30 posts (SC – 4, ST – 2, OBC – 8, EWS – 3, UR – 13)

Post: MSME Relationship Manager

Educational Qualification:

• Full-time regular Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
• Preference will be given to candidates with MBA (Marketing or Finance).
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Relationship or Credit Management, preferably in MSME Banking with any scheduled commercial bank/NBFC/financial institution in India.

Age Limit (as on 01.11.2025):

• Minimum 25 years and Maximum 33 years (age relaxations applicable as per rules).

Contract Period: Initially 3 years, extendable annually up to a maximum of 5 years based on performance.

Selection Process:

• Written Test (if conducted)
• Screening and Personal Interview

• 100 (SC/ST/PwBD)
