Educational Qualification

Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in relevant disciplines such as:

Minimum 60% or 65% marks, depending on the post.
Experience & Age Limit

Experience Requirement: Ranges from 4 to 16 years, post qualification, depending on the position.

Upper Age Limit:

Deputy Manager – 32 years

Manager – 36 years

Senior Manager – 40 years
-
Assistant General Manager – 44 years

Relevant experience in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, fertilizer, metallurgy, infrastructure, power, pipelines, solar, water & wastewater and large EPC/LSTK projects is essential.
Emoluments & Benefits
-
Approximate Annual CTC: Rs. 23.45 lakh to Rs. 33.48 lakh (depending on post)
-
CTC includes basic pay, DA, HRA, perks, leave encashment and retirement benefits.
