1) Trainee Engineers — Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) & Diploma

Who this is for: Recent engineering graduates and diploma holders willing to undergo a one-year traineeship (followed by a contract appointment on successful assessment).

Vacancies & Disciplines

• Graduate Trainee Engineers (B.E./B.Tech): ~15 posts across Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil

• Diploma Trainee Engineers: ~10 posts

• Age limit: Around 30 years for graduates, 28 years for diploma candidates

Remuneration

• Graduate Trainees: Rs. 28,000/month

• Diploma Trainees: Rs. 21,000/month

After training, eligible candidates may be inducted into Associate Engineer (Graduate) or Assistant Engineer (Diploma) roles on fixed-term contract.

Eligibility

• Consistent First Class performance (>65%) from Class X onward (relaxation for SC/ST)

• Only full-time degree/diploma programmes are acceptable

• Selection through Written Test (MCQ) → Interview

2) NCVT / ITI Project Staff (Technicians)

Who this is for: NCVT-certified ITI candidates with hands-on experience in workshop and plant-based activities.

Vacancies & Trades

• Approx. 2 posts each in: Machinist, Fitter, Welder, Plumber, Electrical, MRAC

• Age limit: Around 28 years

• First Class NCVT required

Pay Structure

• Year 1: Rs. 17,500/month

• Year 2: Rs. 19,500/month

• Test (MCQ + trade aptitude) → Interview

Who this is for: Engineering graduates and diploma holders with 2+ years of relevant technical experience.

Indicative Posts & Pay

• Associate Project Engineer (Graduate): Civil/Electrical/Mechanical

  • Rs. 35,000 (Year 1) → Rs. 39,000 (Year 2) → Rs. 43,000 (Year 3)

• Assistant Project Engineer (Diploma): Mechanical/Electrical

  • Rs. 25,500 (Year 1) → Rs. 27,500 (Year 2) → Rs. 30,000 (Year 3)

Special Skills (as applicable)

• NABL laboratory experience

• Testing & calibration under ISO/ASME/BIS

• Noise/vibration measurement

• Electrical permit where required

• Automation/DAQ exposure (LabVIEW/Python preferred)

Selection

• Test → Interview

• Minimum score required to qualify

Common Conditions for All Posts

• Tenure: Initial 1 year; may extend up to 2–3 years depending on the role

• Performance-based continuation

• No TA/DA for tests/interviews
