HLL Lifecare Limited, a Miniratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, has released Advertisement No. HLL/HR/020/2026 dated 18.02.2026 for the recruitment of Management Trainees (MT) across multiple disciplines.

HLL is a leading manufacturer and marketer of contraceptives, healthcare, and pharmaceutical products with operations in India and exports to 87+ countries. The company also operates retail pharmacies (AMRIT & HLL), diagnostic services under HINDLABS, and healthcare infrastructure consultancy projects.

This recruitment drive aims to onboard young, dynamic professionals to strengthen HLL’s leadership pipeline.

Engineering – 17 Posts

Full-time BE/B.Tech (65% minimum) in:
Chemical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Biomedical / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics / Civil / IT / Computer Science

Pharma – 6 Posts

Full-time B.Pharm (65% minimum)

Marketing – 10 Posts

Full-time MBA (Marketing/Digital Marketing) / PGDBM (Marketing) / MIB / MPIB (65% minimum)

Human Resources – 2 Posts

MBA (HR) / MSW (PM&IR) / PGDPM / MA (PM&IR) / MHRM (65% minimum)
LLB desirable

Social Work – 1 Post

MSW (Medical & Psychiatry) – 65%

Data Analytics – 1 Post

BE/B.Tech/BSc (Maths/Statistics) + MBA (Data Analytics) – 65%

Hospital Management – 3 Posts

Selection Process

The selection will be conducted in multiple stages:

Phase I – Computer Based Test (CBT)

• 100 Questions | 90 Minutes

• Part I: General Aptitude (50 Marks)

• Part II: Domain Knowledge (50 Marks)

Minimum qualifying marks:

• UR/EWS – 50%

• OBC (NCL) – 40%

• SC/ST/PwD – 35%

Phase II – Multi-stage Interview Assessment

1. Preliminary Interview

2. Psychometric Analysis

3. Document Verification & Final Interview

Final selection will be based on Final Interview marks and organizational requirements.

Compensation & Career Growth

Selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainee with:

• Basic Pay: 40,000 per month + DA

• After successful completion of 1-year training and assessment:
  Regularization as Deputy Manager (E-1 Grade)
  Pay Scale: 40,000 – 1,40,000

Service Bond

Minimum 60 months service commitment
Bond Amount: 3,00,000
