NIUM Walk-In Interview 2025: Medical Officer, Radiologist, Nursing & Lab Technician Posts

The National Institute of Unani Medicine (NIUM), an autonomous institute under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, has announced walk-in interviews for various medical and paramedical positions on a short-term contractual basis. Eligible candidates are invited to appear in person at the NIUM campus, Ghaziabad as per the scheduled dates.

Walk-In Interview Schedule

Reporting Time: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Venue: National Institute of Unani Medicine,
Kamla Nehru Nagar, Hapur Road, Ghaziabad – 201002

Vacancy Details & Remuneration

• Radiologist – 01 Post
  Rs. 4,000 per visit (2 hours per visit, maximum 15 visits per month)

• Medical Officer (Unani) – 01 Post
  Rs. 75,000 per month (Consolidated)

• Nursing Officer / Staff Nurse – 02 Posts
  Rs. 37,500 per month (Consolidated)

• Lab Technician – 02 Posts
  Rs. 30,000 per month (Consolidated)

Essential Eligibility Criteria

Radiologist

• MBBS with MD (Radio Diagnosis)

• Registered with the concerned medical council

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Medical Officer (Unani)

• Postgraduate degree in Unani Medicine (Clinical subject) recognised under IMCC Act, 1970

• Enrolment with Central/State Register (NCISM/ISM)

• Knowledge of Urdu/Arabic

• Age Limit: Up to 50 years

• Preference: MD/MS in Amraze Niswan wa Qabalat or Ilmul Jarahat

Nursing Officer (Staff Nurse)

• B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from INC-recognised institute

• Registered Nurse / Nurse & Midwife

• Minimum 2 years’ experience (preferably in a Unani hospital)

• Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Lab Technician

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience

• Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Selection & Engagement

• Selection will be based on a walk-in interview only

• Engagement is purely contractual

• No claim for regular appointment

• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
