Ordnance Factory Medak Recruitment 2025 – Apply Offline for Engagement of 30 Professionals

Ordnance Factory Medak (OFMK), a key unit under Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL), has released a new notification inviting applications for the engagement of professionals on a fixed-term contract basis. The advertisement, dated 08 November 2025, announces 30 vacancies across technical and managerial categories.

Total Vacancies: 30 Posts

The notification covers Deputy Manager and Junior Manager positions across the following disciplines:

• Mechanical Engineering

• Electronics Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Mechanical Design

• Material Management (MM)

• Electronics (JM level)

• Non-Technical Supervisor (NTS)

Remuneration

• Deputy Manager (all streams): Rs. 50,000 + IDA per month

• Junior Manager (Mechanical / Electronics / NTS): Rs. 30,000 + IDA per month

The engagement is initially for 2 years, extendable up to 5 years based on performance and organizational needs.

Eligibility Overview

• Essential qualification: First-class Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech/AMIE) in a relevant branch.

• Most posts require a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification industrial or PSU/Govt experience.

• Age limits vary by post (generally 21–35 years), with relaxations as per Government norms.

Selection Process

The selection procedure includes:
