The National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi, working under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), invites online applications for several contractual positions in different divisions.

1. Lead Consultant – Janani Suraksha Yojana (JSY) & Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), RCH Division

• Qualification: MBA (Finance)/PG Diploma in Business Administration (Finance)/MSW/MA (Sociology)/PG in Health Management.

• Experience: Minimum 7+ years, including 3–4 years in RCH/DBT implementation.

• Age Limit: Up to 60 years.

• Remuneration: ?1,30,000–?1,70,000 per month.

• Location: New Delhi.

• Last Date: 18 November 2025.

2. Secretarial Executive – IT Division

• Qualification: Graduate (BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BCA/BBA).

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as Office Secretary/PA/Administrative Assistant.

• Skills: 35 wpm typing, MS Office proficiency, documentation & organizational skills.

• Age Limit: Up to 40 years.

• Remuneration: ?40,000–?70,000 per month + benefits (insurance, leave, laptop/mobile reimbursement).

• Contract: Till 31 March 2027, extendable.

• Location: New Delhi.

• Last Date: 24 November 2025.

3. Senior Consultant – Community Processes (RCH Division)

• Qualification: MBBS/BDS/AYUSH/MSW/PG Diploma in Health Management.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in community-based healthcare implementation.

• Age Limit: Up to 60 years.

• Remuneration: ?90,000–?1,50,000 per month.

• Location: New Delhi (extensive state travel).

• Last Date: 18 November 2025.

4. Senior Consultant – RCH Programme Implementation Plan (RCH Division)

• Qualification: MA (Sociology)/MSW/MBA (Health Management)/Master’s in Public Health.

• Experience: 5+ years, with 3–4 years in RCH at national/state level.

• Age Limit: Up to 60 years.

• Remuneration: ?90,000–?1,50,000 per month.

• Reporting: Director (RCH), MoHFW.

• Last Date: 18 November 2025.

5. Senior Consultant – Family Planning (RCH Division)

• Qualification: MBA (Health Management)/Master’s in Public Health.

• Experience: 5+ years in public health, including 2–3 years in RCH with NHM/NHM projects.

• Age Limit: Up to 60 years.

• Remuneration: ?90,000–?1,50,000 per month.

• Location: New Delhi.

• Last Date: 18 November 2025.

6. Senior Consultant – Logistics & Supply Chain Management (RCH Division)

• Qualification: Master’s in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in public health sector, especially in FP commodities logistics.

• Skills: Supply management, software use, communication & coordination skills.

• Age Limit: Up to 60 years.

• Remuneration: ?90,000–?1,50,000 per month.

• Location: New Delhi.

• Last Date: 18 November 2025.
