Important Dates

Pay Scale / Remuneration

Selected candidates will be on probation for two years with a fixed monthly remuneration, after which they will be placed in the regular Pay Matrix as per Rajasthan Government rules.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the required qualification as of the last date of application. Key qualifications include:

• Company Secretary: Passed final examination of ICSI and 5 years of experience in a company with ?50 Crore+ paid capital.

• Assistant Town Planner: Degree in Architecture (60%+) and Post Graduation in Town Planning.

• Programmer: B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA in IT/CS/Electronics or relevant M.Tech.

• Junior Legal Officer: Law Graduate (55%+) or LLM.

• Junior Assistant: Senior Secondary with a recognized computer course certificate (like RSCIT, DOEACC 'O' Level, etc.).

Age Limit (as on last date of application)

• General: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 40 years.

• Age Relaxation is applicable as per government rules:

  • 5 Years: For Male candidates of SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS of Rajasthan & for Women (General).

  • 10 Years: For Women candidates of SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS of Rajasthan.

  • Additional 5 Years: For Persons with Benchmark Disabilities.

Application Fee

The fee varies for two post groups and categories:

For Post No. 1 to 6:

• General / BC/MBC (Creamy Layer):  1000

• BC/MBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / EWS:  750

• SC/ST/PwD:  500

For Post No. 7 & 8:

• General / BC/MBC (Creamy Layer):  700

• BC/MBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / EWS:  525

• SC/ST/PwD:  350

Note: Candidates from other states must pay the General category fee.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a Two-Tier Online Written Examination for all posts, followed by a Proficiency Test (Skill Test) or Interview for specific posts.

1. Written Exam: Objective type questions divided into two parts.

2. Proficiency Test/Interview: For posts like Programmer, PA, Draughtsman, and Junior Assistant (Proficiency Test), and for Company Secretary (Interview).
