Educational Qualification
Educational qualifications vary depending on the position. Major qualifications include:

B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical or related disciplines

Experience Requirement
The recruitment primarily targets experienced professionals in the renewable energy and power sector.

General Manager: Minimum 22 years of post-qualification experience, including project execution in renewable or power sector.

Manager (Finance): Minimum 7 years of relevant finance experience.

Senior Accounts Officer: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience.

Senior Engineer (O&M): Minimum 1 year of experience in power or renewable energy sector.

Senior Consultant: More than 20 years of experience in power or electricity sector, preferably at senior levels in utilities.
